Nanuoshan-Menghun
Day1: start in the morning from Jinghong to Nannuoshan with 20 kilometers. First we visit an Aini village and the Nannuoshan Mountain. It takes about 2 hours by bicycle. On the way we can visit Dai villages, their home gardens, paddy rice fields, banana, tea, and rubber plantations. We leave our bicycles at a restaurant when we arrive at Nannuoshan. We walk through tea plantations and jungle to an Aini village, 40 minutes, and then back to restaurant for lunch. After lunch we bicycle to Menghai 20 kilometers left. On our way to Menghai there are tea plantations, Dai villages, sugarcanes plantations. In Menghai we look around the city by bicycle, then have dinner and stay 1 night in Menghai.
Day2: after breakfast, we visit Menghai morning market with ethnic groups such as Dai, Aini, Lahu people. After that we bicycle to Mengzhe. On the way we can see tea and sugarcane plantations. After the visiting Octagonal Pavilion, we keep moving to Mengzhe Town for lunch. After lunch we look around Mengzhe Town by bicycle. We visit a monastery with many wonderful large murals, and then bicycle to a local mushroom factory. We have dinner and stay 1 night in Mengzhe.
Day3: after breakfast, we start from Mengzhe to Menghun about 2 and half hours. Today’s trip is very flat. On the way, first we visit a Wa nationality village, then go to a tea factory to visit Puer tea-making. After that we go to a Dai village to visit the Dai traditional handicraft paper-making factories. We have lunch in Menghun, and then look around Menghun by bicycle. In the afternoon we pay a minivan to transport us from Menghun to Jinghong.

Matters Need Attentions
Notes:
No.1: Xishuangbanna Dai, Bulang, Aini people have lots of taboos. It is prohibited to sit against a houses’ holy pillar, touch monks’ head, walk over fire pit, and don’t walk randomly into a village without a guide because you may be bitten by dog.
No.2: don't wear bright clothes and wear a hat when walking into the tropical rain forest. Rainforest has many toxic plants, don’t touch, smell or taste wild fruits and flowers against scratches or poisoning.

* Leave your shoes at the door when entering into Dai house, but also in the indoor walk gently
* Do not cross the fire or fire pit
* Do not enter bedrooms
* Do not enter the master room
* Do not sit in the doorway
* Do not mess with the fires
*No whistling or trimming nails
* Take off shoes when going into temple, taboo to touch little monks’ head, statues, and a series of Buddhist sacred flag
